Are there any lock-in contracts?
No. All Techarob plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contracts and no exit fees — cancel any time.
Which NBN speed do I need?
For 2–4 people NBN 50 is plenty. For gaming, 4K streaming and heavy WFH go for NBN 100. Large households or content creators should look at NBN 250 or NBN 500.
How long does activation take?
Most activations complete within 3–5 business days. If a technician is required we'll book a time that suits you and keep you updated throughout.
Do I need a modem?
A modem is included with every plan. Bring your own if you prefer — we'll ship configuration settings to make setup quick.
